What drives most consumers to be loyal

There is elderly lady in my neighborhood whom I have always adored for a very long time. She is not one of those old ladies that talk about meaningless things, she is on the contrary a very funny lady. I am at the university that is twenty minutes away although I stay in the school premises. I have to visit my father every weekend or else he will be very sad, he raised me alone and he adores me so much, and so do I and that is why I choose a university nearby. When I visit him every weekend, I take her for shopping and she is the one kind of person who is a loyal customers because if the type of customer care service that she gets all the time. There are some weekends I handle her questions that she needs to ask the paypal customer help center. She says that she cannot deal with people over the months when it comes to business and that is why I do it for her.
