Personality determines what we grow up to be.

Personality is what we really are, and it is shaped mainly by the way we were brought up. If for instance you were brought up like isla fisher, with an outgoing family where everyone was required to take part in the life outside, you will grow up to be an outgoing person, and you will choose a career of that nature. No wonder Isla later on became an actor because it is a career that matched really well with the personality she acquired from childhood. If on the other hand you grew up in a family where you are not required to go out, to speak your mind or even to express your feelings, you will later on become reserved and such careers like painting will be your favorite since they reflect your personality. It is therefore up to the parents to shape the personality of their children to suit the talents that they have. If a child is talented in acting, modelling, singing and doing all the fun stuff, let her go out as often as she can so that she can grow well career-wise.
